Gelsemium is can alleviate the difficulty in falling asleep caused by anxiety, adjust the mood, and calm the mind.
- Melts on/under the tongue for fast absorption without food or water

Up to 6 times a day, 5 granules each time. If acute symptoms can use every 15/30mins.
Instructions:
- Turn the bottle upside down
- Rotate the bottle until the granules come out
- Detach the bottle cap, and put the granules under the tongue to melt, no need to mix with food or water
