Hamamelis composé is suitable for leg pain, bruises or heavy legs. It can effectively relieve pain, eliminate edema and dredge stasis.- The ingredients are natural and mild and do not contain irritating western medicine ingredients

Instructions:
- Turn the bottle upside down
- Rotate the bottle until the granules come out
- Detach the bottle cap, and put the granules under the tongue to melt, no need to mix with food or water
