Acute conditions:
Up to 6 times a day, 5 granules each time.

Chronic Conditions:
3 times a day, 3 granules each time for 3 weeks.

Instructions:

  1. Turn the bottle upside down
  2. Rotate the bottle until the granules come out
  3. Detach the bottle cap, and put the granules under the tongue to melt, no need to mix with food or water
